- Well, I have a Dell Inspiron, top of the line. Its been totally broken for 4 weeks, I have spent hours on the phone with people half way around the world who aren't helping at all, but they do keep saying how sorry they are and that they 'understand' They were supposed to send a box for me to send it for repair (it will not be returned with the operating system so 1. How will they know if it works and 2. that's just nasty) and 6 days later I am still waiting for the box.
Go to Dell's forums and all the posts are complaints. There is no one to complain to that listens or will do anything. but what the heck.
I warn everyone I know to avoid Dell like the plague. BTW, I am typing this on my new Apple, as I sit in the store waiting for my second individual class. I see people going to the bar to deal with techs face to face
